Great Grills FAQ

    We will except returns on unopened and undamaged items for 14 days from the date of purchase.
    Customer will be responsible for the return freight.   Once the item is received back at our facility undamaged and re-sellable, we will issue a full refund to the customer. 

    A 25% restocking fee may apply.  

    Freight Damaged Items

    We send all products with residential delivery appointments with signature required

    Customer is responsible for inspecting items on delivery, before signing for delivery. If an item is damaged by the freight company, the customer must note the freight damage on the delivery companies receipt at time of delivery. Damaged items should be refused and sent back with the freight company  at the time of delivery. 

    Once damaged item is refused and sent back with the freight company, a new item will be shipped to the customer at no charge. But it is important that the  customer inspect outside of boxes for freight damage at time of delivery. 

    Customers are guaranteed to receive undamaged products, as long as they inspect and note any damages on delivery prior to signing for the delivery.
