Its patented oval shape lets you set up two distinct heat zones side-by-side — direct searing on one half, indirect smoking on the other — without any awkward repositioning. The thick ceramic walls retain heat with extraordinary efficiency, holding steady temperatures from 150 °F low-and-slow smoking all the way to 700 °F pizza-oven searing. Includes two stainless steel cooking grates, cast iron charcoal grate, ash tool, and grate lifter. Made in the USA.
